Ideal for cutting, grinding, or pre polishing large facets, diamond tech full face discs feature high concentrations of specially micronized quality diamonds evenly bonded onto a thin flat spring steel base. Available in a range of mesh sizes for light grinding or pre polishing, these discs should be used in conjunction with diamond tech magnetic master laps. The magnetic master lap, with a recessed arbor is attached to the grinding or faceting unit with a simple nut so that the full face disc can be fastened with the magnetic force resulting in a large unencumbered grinding surface.
