Shipping and returnsWe are happy to send your order to virtually any address in the world and we are proud to offer a fast and hassle-free delivery service and we offer various shipping options for your order, however we will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address and signature is always required upon order arrival. The shipping charges based on weight of shipment and destination country. During the order checkout, you will be prompted only with options available for your final order destination. Undeliverable packagesOccasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund including shipping charges. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Order delivery insurance is required and is a part of our package deal that allows us to offer discounted shipping rates. The 1 USD + 1 % of the total goods value will be automatically added to every order irrespective of your shipping selection. Claims for loss, damage or delay is valid for nsured packages only. All claims must be notified to us within 12 days after delivery of the shipment, failing that, no action for damages may be brought. If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, do not refuse the postal delivery.
